Few Game Questions!!!

Strange .... Yesterday I decided to experiment with the 'Play 2nd Team' option .... But both - 'Rest' and 'Play 2nd Team' options were disabled...Only 'Swap' and 'Profile' were enabled..

were you playing as an international team? there always disabled for them, if it was a county side then ive got no idea
