Fielders not catching the ball

Does anyone notcies that the fielders not catching the ball, wait for it drop and then picks it and throws. Been trying ti take wickets but the fielders always let the ball hit the ground and picking it up even though its easy catch

This has been an issue since the past few updates BA dropped. They haven't fixed it, yet, and it doesn't seem like they're in the mood to fix it anytime soon.

The main reason is Catching mini game is disabled for Slip catches because of few people doesn't want catching mini game, surprised why they haven't tried Auto field setting option instead of semi- auto and manual setting. It's beautiful feature in BA cricket games but now it's disabled.
