Is this the screenshot capturing program? How does it work and what other features does it have. If you could give me a brief outline that would be great

creen Capture Software - Take a screenshot with the press of a key! There's no need to paste into a paint program every time you want a new shot. Your screen captures are automatically named and timestamped.

Realtime Video Capture Software - Have you ever wanted to record video while playing your favourite game? Come join the Machinima revolution! Throw away the VCR, forget about using a DV cam, game recording has never been this easy! Fraps can capture audio and video up to 2560x1600 with custom frame rates from 10 to 100 frames per second!

I cant seem to take screenshots with this program, any help?

Usually (and by that, I mean by default) Fraps save its screenshots at C:\Fraps, so try checking if such a file exists, and that's where the pictures are being stored. If not, you can open Fraps, go to the "Screenshots" tab, and change the "Folder to save screenshots in", so it can save them to a more accessible location for you.

Also worth mentioning would be the Screen Capture Hotkey (that's the button you press for Fraps to capture the frame on your screen), which by default is set to F10. Again, you can change this hotkey (by accessing the "screenshots" tab on the Fraps menu) if you wish to choose a key that you're more comfortable remembering, and of course, see that it's not set to "disabled" either!

Its not going to the designated folder

I thought you press F10 to take the image

ya u press f10for taking images.Ok maybe there's less space on your hard disk it takes around 200mb for 30sec videos

Its still not working this is very frustrating, how am i meant to write a story without this lol

Fraps has to be running to take screenshots and videos. Make sure you start it manually before playing a game.

Is your story not with Battrick? In that case, Fraps won't work.

Ah I see, it all makes sense now. Is there any alternative way to take screenshots other than the normal prt sc

Since Battrick is browser based, it is easier to use the Print Screen function. You can just keep Paint open.

Print Screen doesnt work on a laptop but
