Game crashing after patches!!

I installed the Sachin face patch, India kit patch and the bat pack, and now the game crashes!! What should I do? I edited the data_pc.gob file and imported the Sachin face patch into one of the files, can I retrieve it now?
Do I have to uninstall and install the whole thing again?

Do a reinstall and in future, just place files in the root directory rather than reinstall.
