I think it'll be great, the love for cricket in the carribean i huge. Good to see an American businessmen investing in Cricket too.

Looks interesting. It would be nice if he could get some of the other Americas non test countries in the tournament in addition to Bermuda, Cayman Islands and the Bahamas. I'm sure Argentina, Canada and the USA would jump at the oppurtunity.

At the same time by creating this tournament he is also getting his name out by calling it the 'Stanford Twenty20 Tournament' seems a bit dodgey to me but never the less still good funding for West Indies and for the World Cup too.

It's a good idea. Twenty20 has evoked more interest in cricket the UK and also now in Pakistan, so maybe it can be succesfull. Also it would be good for the future if youngsters get interested in it.

Its a fairly good idea. But there two sides to a coin...I wonder whats at the other side.

meh, he wants to get publicity, but if it helps West Indian cricket, so be it. Some would say it is similar to the Kerry Packer and World Series cricket, but it turned out to be good for cricket in the long run, so maybe the result could be similar here too.
