My Geforce 8400GS suddenly stopped running properly currently using my onboard Intel GPU(First time I applauded Intel for GPUs :p) When I was using 8400GS the monitor picture was very jerky now when switched to onboard its back to normal. Why is this happening(started this morning) ? GPU or Motherboard fault ?

It could be for many reason, 1st I doubt the hardware is broken.

- Check you graphics settings, make sure it is not too high.
- Check your Power Management settings, make sure its on high performance and turn off all stand-by features (including hard-drive).
- Give your computer a rest it might want some sleep :laugh
- Check your graphics driver, did you install a new one recently?
- Tell me your computer details PLZ

Message me when you reply, I won't be here to check it out.

BTW do you have Vista? if u do, then make sure you got that thing turned on that checks whenever you are about to install something. It stops any viruses running on the computer. (it is one thing I love about Vista)

Does it come with Win 7 as well? If so, what's it called and how do you activate it?
