Graphic problems

I am having some problem with the graphics of the game.
My comp specs are
P III 733 MHz
256 mb ram
geforce 2 ,32 mb card.

I downloaded the latest Indian kit from cricket2004.co.uk but the kits are breaking in the game. Even game is not that clear, I mean the details on the kits etc are not clear at all.

What settings do u suggest ?
Please Help.

how was the game b4 u replacing the kit....if perfect then u messed up the replacing....just replace it again

did u install all of the kits? ie the 512x512, 256x256, 128x128, 64x64 and 32x32. My comp is lower than yours. I have a p3 but 500Mhz. These are my settings:
Resolution: 640x480 32 bits
Refresh Rate: Default
vid screens yes
shadows on
LOD no
Texture Filter: Biliniear
Pitch Detail: on
Gamma: 50%
