guys please help installation problem!!!

Could someone please kindly help me by telling me why everytime I try to install the game I get this error saying

"Component tranfer error"

File: Fileata2.Cab
Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check.)

It sounds like the CD is damaged. Take it back to your retailer and get another.

surely the CD is corrupted or do u have pirated one, cuz pirated disk usually got that kind of problems.

I'm sure joesadaati has been a member long enough and isn't stupid enough to ask for help with a pirated copy.
Like I said take it back to the retailer.
