Have you ever been to an International Cricket Game?

I've been to NZ vs Australia, NZ vs Sri Lanka and NZ vs West Indies all in Christchurch. All have been absolutly fantastic. One was where we got the highest chase record (now second lol), another was where Astle got a ton and smashed three sixes off the last 3 balls. Also took an absolute stunning catch and the Sri Lankan one which came reasonably close, Cairns hit the top of the roof to help us win. I went to a few games ages ago also.

I wanna go see a test, but they don't really have many here :(

ive been to one when i was in Pakistan Rawlpindi its were my parents r from. it was Pakistan v India test match in 2004

Yeah, I used to go a lot more than I do now. This year was the first Boxing Day I've missed in a while. On average I probably go to two One Day International games a year and a couple of days of the Boxing Day test, usually the first two days.

I was once to Chepauk. India vs. England ODI. I forget which year it was. Maybe it was the tour before India's tour to England when they had that famous Natwest win.

For that matter, does anybody remember when India last played England in Chennai? (In an ODI match)?

Been to Super Test at SCG and VB series games. Super Test was pretty boring though, hardly any atmosphere. Going to 5th Ashes Test this year though, going to be great!!

You'll have the Saturday and Sunday off though won't you? And how come you don't get a holiday in August?

Scottish schools have different term times but yes I'll definitely try and go for the weekend.

Lucky tw*t :p. I'll probably go to a test against India in 2007.

Been to Lords about 15 times to watch Test matches. The most recent was New Zealand Vs England and saw Strauss make a hundred on debut.

Been to the Oval a couple times, thats about it. Dont usually venture outside of London for Cricket.

I don't get many opportunities because of where I live, but I saw the last ODI played in Amstelveen, Amsterdam - Australia vs Pakistan, the final of a triangular where all the other matches but one had been rained off. India lost the only previous match to Pakistan, so they weren't able to play, but it was a decent game. If I remember correctly, Aus made the run chase. I don't really remember the game that well because I was concentrating more on the drunk English blokes behind us with the 'beer snake'.

I lived in Holland for about 3 years and we moved back to Australia about 4 months before the series was about to take place :( :crying . At that point in time, I had never been to an international game. I asked my parents, but there was no way to saty for that long. When we came back to Australia, we moved to the same little town where we had lived for 7 years, before moving to Holland, but only for 6 Months :happy :D....Anyway, now we live close to Sydney, and I have already been to 2 matches in the time I have been here. First thing I can say is how good the atmosphere is actually being at the ground. ELECTRIC!! Absolutely stunning. There is no comparison watching it on TV and being there.

I went to watch Day 2 of the Super Series Test match and I was on TV!! I also got to see Binga at 3rd Man :p (we all know who the best player in the world is)

I also went to watch a ODI between SA and Aus at Sydney, the one where Gilchrist became a PHYSCO an scored something like 87 and Aus ended with about 330 or something.

Been to just a couple, both at the Eden Gardens.

1)Ind V Lanka (96 WC Semifinals) -Was a shocker that one.

2)Ind V England (2002 Series) -Was a close game,Dinesh Mongia was the star for India whereas Trescothick was for England, but India won in the end.

I remember that game, first match of the series with Trescothik being adjudged lbw wrongly.
Anyways,Where is Dinesh Mongia ?

2004 (as I recall) - Pakistan vs. Australia, I remember it was raining I think :D
Clarke made a great century and Ponting supported him by defending everything! Australia won that one.
