Oh Dear God !! most of you guys are HUGE !! i pity your sex partners

i am 5'8 , 51 Kgs !! i dont worry abt the height as i still have 3 years
and i'll be more than happy to reach 5'11 !

i desperately want to increase my height !! anyone got any good tips ?

bournvita is not good for growing height ....but Complan is good option
complan has extra growing power and also is the Complete Planned Food in a Drink

How old are you anyway? I'm 15 and I'm 5"6. What height do you reckon I'll end up as?

Im aware,my consumption is as much as anyone else around(anyone normal i.e),its just that whatever I eat doesnt help me put any weight,which I dont mind all that much as it Im pretty quick and good at sports.(atleast I was when I last played a month back)

I weigh about 190 lbs. standing at 5' 11". I think I'm down to 185 lbs though, since I've been playing a lot of basketball lately.
