Help Demo installation dosen't start

I have downloaded the BLIC demo.exe file from PC filefront mirror and have completed the download but on double clicking it the Installation process dosen't start why?

Nothing happens ? Whats your pc ? Specs i mean...

Also it may be a bad download also....
Tell your specs first please

My specs re as follows
P4 1.7 Ghz
256 RAM
Nvidia Ge Force 128 Mb Card with updated Drivers

P.S.:- All other Games including NFS Carbon, Just Cause, FIFA 07 have worked amazingly well
