Help Needed With Creating Umpires

Hello,

I have recently gotten DB, and have started to create some players.

But I was wondering how to create umpires and upload them to the 'umpires' section or to even just put them on my personal umpire roster. Is there an option I am missing?

Would be good if we could get a list of all the umpires from the 10 test playing nations.

The current ICC "Elite Panel of Umpires" (who are qualified to stand in test matches and as impartial umpires in ODIs) is as follows-

Steve Davis (Aus, Born Eng)
Rod Tucker (Aus)
Bruce Oxenford (Aus)
Paul Reiffel (Aus)
Ian Gould (Eng)
Richard Kettleborough (Eng)
Nigel Llong (Eng)
Richard Illingworth (Eng)
Billy Bowden (NZ)
Aleem Dar (Pak)
Marais Erasmus (SA)
Kumar Dharmasena (SL)

Additionally the ICC has an "International Panel of Umpires" who mainly act as the 'Home' umpires in ODIs and officiate T20Is. They can also be called up to act as impartial ODI umpires or Test umpires in case the schedule is too busy for the Elite panel to cover. Each full member nominates two umpires at a time. Currently-

Aus - Simon Fry, John Ward
Ban - Enamul Hoque Moni, Sharfuddoula Ibne Shahid
Eng - Michael Gough, Rob Bailey
Ind - S Ravi, Vineet Kulkarni
NZ - Chris Gaffaney, Derek Walker
Pak - Ahsan Raza, Shozab Raza
SA - Johan Cloete, Shaun George
SL - Ranmore Martinez, Ruchira Palliyaguru
WI - Joel Wilson, Peter Nero
Zim - Russell Tiffin, Owen Chirombe

I'm pretty sure when I checked a few months ago all of the 'Elite' umpires had decent likenesses available a few times over in the Academy.

I wish there was a way to assign umps to leagues you create or that ship with the game.

Or even just a Random option for umps

I wish you had the umpires you've got in the academy working in the career mode but you always get the same guy

I have discovered that if you empty the umpire list apart from two umpires then start a new career, it picks those two up so if you've got two favourites, that's an option.

But it would be great if you could set specific umpires for competitions in career and in internationals automatically pick neutral umpires.
