Help needed

hi there

i am modifying the test kit for Pakistan. i did well with the spikes and kit front.but when i installed the back and trousers with the help of kit replacer, the kit breaks and it looks horrible in the game. i am posting the pics of back before and after installation. plz anyone can give me a piece of advice on this...i'll be gr8ful... :cheezy:

Well thats your problem your not formatting it right

i am trying to follow the format given in the tutorial....can u explain a bit further plz ??

This happened with me, when you load all the files onto 1 canvas, and change the mode to "Indexed Colour" i had Transparent turned on and the kits stuffed up, turn it off and it might work :

Make sure you do the following:
1. Flip Kit vertical
2. Index colours to 256
3. Save as .bmp

Also make sure boxes like transparancy aren't checked. The Tutorial is pretty self explanatory and has pics too so yu shouldn't be having too many probs.

thanx for ur help guyz.. i am doing the 3 things u mentioned barmyarmy but i am getting this error... anywayz i'll try again and hope to do better.
