Help urgent!!!!

Hi All,

I am able to login to the game. But once i click on "PLAY" button, the system waits till 100% is reached and then the screen remains still. I am not able to connect to server. Please help. I have flash player 10 installed in my system. Please kindly provide me a solution ASAP
