Help using some criket 2004 programes

the following programes i downloaded from cricket 2004 doesnt work first the Graphics Importer2 when i click on it just makes ding sound and never opens .
2.Line up editor v4 when i click it says following:
Component 'Comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not corectly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
I dont get a bit of this can anybody help

I'm not sure what the problem is with the Graphic Importer but this thread will solve your problems with the Lineup Editor (and maybe the GI too)

The problem occured because you didnt have that "Comdlg32.ocx" file installed on your system.

i have downloaded and unziped comdlg32.ocx file in system 32 folder then it said in post to go to run andrun this message' regsvr32.exe comdlg32.ocx '
when i run it it says the following
LoadLibrary(''comdlg32.ocx'')failed- The specified module could not be found.
I DONT KNOW WHY IT SAYS THAT I ONLY DID WAT IT SAID IN THE LINK U UPLOADED PLZZ HELP

Try installing comdlg32.ocx with the attached file
