Hi cricket fans,
Australian guy here just bought Cricket 2002. But, will not load. Have tried absolutely **** everything. All other EA games work fine, even the 2003 versions.
I am running on an older laptop: P4 2.0Ghz, 512mb RAM, ATI Mobility M6 LY (16MB) XP Pro, Latest drivers for all video and sound, all directx certified. No problems with any other games ever, in fact this is the only game I have ever had problems with. Tried several versions ATI drivers as well as plutonium and catalyst.
All directx tests pass. I have dx9 installed after trying 8.1 as well.
I have had no luck at all finding anyone with a similar problem or advice. I have tried everything in the EA Tech support file such as shutting down all other processes, starting from defauilt display mode, NOTHING works.
PLease help, I'm a mad cricket fan and I want to play this game I just shelled out the bucks for !!!
