Help With Assasins Creed

Hey guys i'm in need of help/I just bought a new CPU.Installed Assasins Creed and i completed two assasinations and the for the third one i need to go to the another city when i reach the city the game stops and returns to desktop then error which comes is the Send...............Dont Send one.

Please Please Help as i really wanna play this game.
