Help with lineup editor

Hi,
I was trying to utilize sunsamrat's line up editor. Somehow I dont find changes occuring in my lineup or any teams line up?
This is how I am using it.
I am extracting the zip file.
I click on exe file.
it takes me to some document folder where there is nothing about cricket.
So i go to program files-EA sports-Cricket 2002-data folder
When I choose the team from dorp down menu I get all players name.
I change the lineup and save it clicking save lineup tab at the bottom.
I go to the cricket 2002 exe and try to run the game.
I dont find any change?
What am I doing wrong???????????

sachida, have you clicked "restore teams" button in the game? Your changed squads won't work until you click this on the squads section of the game. :unsure: :huh:

Sonic,
Your tip worked. It works only with new tournaments. So next game we play we will start as new tournament. If we try to further the tournament from the same save game file it wont work.

you are right sachida, we would have to create a new tournament in order for ctm files to work.
I have finished my inning and will post the result as soon as I get home.

I thought most people knew that you cant alter the ctm's mid-match in a saved game cos it messes the files up...well, you can but it would mean erasing everything, pasting back in the proper ctms and saved files etc, but thats quite laborious...remember in future guys
