HOW DO U SEAM THE BALL WITH FAST/MED FAST BOWLERs

CAn anybody tell me how to seam the ball with fast/medium fast bowlers in cricket 2004 on pc.help me please and dont say that it is already in other topic try saerching i would be really thankful to anyone who can tell me :helpme:

Before andrew comes and closes you down I'll tell you that seam movement is not predictable. The way the game is made, every ball you bowl there is a certain chance of the ball seaming. On green wickets the chance is higher, on hard wickets the chance is lower etc etc.
So there is no way to "make" the ball seam, as it just happens once in a while.

u can use patches like tutsipoppy's patch or other gameplay patches ,
and one more thing dont get scared to ask questions ,

thx ricky but when i download tutsis patch it says that the version is unknown (gob) so which one should i download. :helpme:

u should have a orginal gob

even if u follow mani's pic .u wont get seam everywhere .it depends on which pitch u play ,like on green pitch.

I completely disagree with the diagram produced by Duffamara (posted by Mani). In my experience seam is the opposite way when bowling RH bowler to RH batsmen.

can any one put their gob file which has tutsi's newest ai patch plzzzzzzzz coz im havin problem installing it it will help me a lot :helpme: :cheer:

The .gob file is too big to post. To install Tutsi's latest AI patch, you need a clean .gob, then the Cricket2004.co.uk Kit Update, then the AI 5.0 patch.

just reinstall ur game ,and then apply tutsi's patch v5. and then also put the update of the patch , and then u can install all the kits and other things u want dont install anything before apply tutsi's patch

No, the patch is designed so you have to install the Kit Update first.

by the kit update do u have download every single kit in cricket2004.co.uk ?every single one it will take ages

ah i got it now its the kit update thing the one which has about 8 parts.will i then be able to install tutsi's patch or ravis one which one is better for seaming the bowl? :P

Hi,

If I will install a patch, I do need a clean GOB file.
But.................
How do I get a clean GOB file (the original one I suppose) installed? I've tried to use "repair" from the original CD, but that didn't work.
So if you try to install a patch, you have to install a clean GOB file. By doing so, I think you remove all the patches that you have installed so far. Is this correct? It will mean you can only use 1 patch at a time.
Or is this wrong thinking?
Is there somewhere a handy user's guide on this or any other forum? I can't find it!

I red the following: All you need is a clean install of your cricket_pc.gob file and then just run the installer
You need to reinstall the game totally or what?
