how to edit pc.gob file ?

can anyone explain that how can i edit pc.gob using config editor.
I want to know the result of abbrevations given.

dude thats the file we edit with config editor...these smart people here have converted that all hexed up gob in to a straightforward text looking thing...

as to what can be done with the values, haven't messed up a lot with them, but the whole secret of the game lies in those values only...

Simple.
Find the ASCII string you wish to edit; find the decimal offset; plug the value into the config editor and off you go
