Need help with config.editor

Hi guys this is for you all
I today downloaded Tutsi's brilliant patch v7 but I dont know how to use the config. editor. Can anybody explain me in detail? Thanks in advance.

just unzip the file and place the cfg file in some folder (say XYZ)... now run the config editor and my advice is that first of all export the settings that you are using right now just in case you need to revert to them...so click on "export patch" and put this existing settings file in some folder(say ABC) and now click on "import patch" and get that new file from XYZ folder.

You should get a message that its done...recommended the exporting first coz should you get uncomfortable with this new patch and should India start losing against Pakistan in your tour a lot of us will be uncomfortable...
