How to play using Hamachi network?

Download and install Hamachi, and get whoever you are going to play with to do the same. Then, once both of you have it installed, one of you goes onto 'Create a Network'. Once created, the other person joins that network. Once you are in there, right click on your friends name and click 'Ping', if there is no Time Out error everything is working fine. If there is an error, make sure both of you have your firewalls set to 'Allow' for Hamachi.

Then, launch the game you wish to play. Go to 'LAN' in the Multiplayer, and one of you creates a game. Then refresh the page, and the other person joins.

Then, play :)
 
pingusten, are you sure the LAN mode works fine? I tried once in FIFA 08 from hamachi and it didn't work, so we had to stick to the crappy Direct IP mode where we both have to sync our pressing of host and connect. :(

Anyone on PC willing to join the FIFA 09 Hamachi network I made? Its their in the online thread. Maybe we can see if 2v2 is possible?

For FIFA it doesn't look as promising, I was using that really as an example as creating a LAN server is normal on most games.

Yeah... thanks but it doesnt work for Bf2 or for CSS either... so i dont think it works...:noway
 
can we play ashes 2009 beta 2 on hamachi??if yes then how??
