Hey,Guys I need help.I accidently deleted something that is very important to me.& didn't delete it Shift deleted it.HELP!!!!!!!!

There a program which might recover those files, i say might because there really is very slim chances of recovering them, try searching in google for a program called 'recuva'.

Dont rely too much on softwares.Just system restore to a previous date where you had those files.Simple.
System restore doesn't recover hard deleted files - only system files. Using undelete software is the only option unless you have a backup. I've had success in the past recovering huge amounts of data that was supposedly lost. Most software will do the same job (I think I used Free Undelete last time)- deleting a file in Windows simply deletes the header to the data in the file system, the file is still physically on the disk until it is overwritten.

Just make sure to avoid using the computer as much as possible, and ideally do the recovery from another hard disk (don't install the software you use for recovering the files on the same hard disk you're trying to recover from)

When you delete data using Shift+Del the data doesn't go to Recycle Bin, It means you can't restore it from Recycle Bin. You have to use some good data recovery tool which can recover data as well as maintains the original properties of files. I have used a good tool called Kernel for Windows Data in the past an recovered around 150 GB of data effortlessly.

Use Recovery tool

hi:wave
Don't worry:), your files are not lost, they still reside on your hard drive. use a perfect third party tool to recover them. i suggest you to use File Recovery Software, which can get back your files easily. You can even http://www.undeleterecyclebin.com/shift-deleted-files.html effortlessly on any storage device easily:yes,. Just try the trial version first and then go for the complete version.
All the Best.. :thumbs
