BTW, Though, I agree with all the points mentioned by you, I think this is @rishabh96 league, and he has a vision to organize it like the way he want. What stops us from playing against each other, other than we cant post the score in this thread. Are we playing for Fun or only statistics of who win more. I am sure even Rishabh wont be able to keep track of all the Tours after some time. I am also NOT sure whether he is compiling the statistic for these tours or not.
So, suppose I play with India against you with South Africa and dont post anything on this thread. Problem Solved.

I am not playing in this league for statistics or anything of that sort, I like the hype of a tour and the coverage it get's in a thread, that is why I often do the match reports, if it was just about the win and stats I would not bother with that.

I guess we could have an unofficial tours thread for this purpose? So when we want to play a tour with any international team of our choice or at times when we want to play a tour with rishabh's teams but in between an official tour.

If we go ahead with that I would first have an unofficial tour with England (lonewolf) whilst having an official tour with Srilanka (chaman).

After that if there is a window for the Pakistan boys to tour the Caribbean then I would love to do so.
