OPTICAL ILLUSION(post any good illusions, if you know)

1. Stare at the red star on the girl?s nose for 30 seconds
2. Turn your eyes towards the wall/roof or somewhere else on a plane surface
3. Keep blinking your eyes!
4. Tell me what you see!

Watch the X in the middle very closely. You should start to see a green dot that rotates around the circle - this dot is an illusion; then you should see see the purple dots disappear.... but they haven't really gone. It is an after image effect, sometimes called a 'negative retinal afterimage' - move your head slightly, and the dots will reappear... amazing or what?

Wheel of Confusion

Which way is the wheel turning!?
Focus on the red dots and follow them round... it appears to be rotating anti-clockwise. However, if you follow the yellow dots round instead, the whole wheel will be turning the other way! - clockwise!

Magic Zoomster

This cool optical illusion has been seen before, but I've spruced it up by adding colour, multiple layers, and making it bigger!! The idea is to focus on the dot in the centre and then move your head constantly towards and away from the monitor. You should see the circles rotate spookily!

Stare at the four black dots in the center of the image for 30 - 60 seconds.
Then quickly close your eyes and look at something bright (like a lamp or a window
with sunlight coming through it). You should see a white circle with an image inside it.

Yea, I know about that type of illusions (the Jesus one being one of my favs). One thing to note is that if rather than blinking at a wall/roof you blink at the image itself, you can see the girl with a perfectly inverted (and appropriate) color, at least for a few blinks.

1. Open the image.
2. See if the two boxes have the same exact shade of gray.
3. It's a NO right?
4. Now cover the middle area where the two boxes meet with your hand or fingers.
5. Watch closely.
6. Surprised?

An unexpected optical illusion.

Simply stare at the black dot in the middle of the picture, and gradually all the coloured clouds will disappear. The picture is not changing at all, and if you look away, you will immediately see that the coloured clouds are still there.
