In my humble opinion : To stop users from "accidentally" do this again in future - notify him publicly that due to his "accidental" multiple entries he will not be considered for any vCash winnings should he happen to score in the top three. His ranking in this competition shouldn't count. (ignore his position in the competition rankings) Unfortunately manually removing of his user points etc. for this competition will not be possible.
