My bad, although Chawla looks completely valid to me. Will correct my other pick shortly.

I believe you have another pick in addition to replacing Yadav.

:ind::bat:Suryakumar Yadav

IPL -
1544 runs @ 28.07 (best 72) striking @ 131.61 (47 sixes)

At first glance one tends to admit that those are decent numbers for a domestic batsman. And yet, Yadav does not appear in the top list of any batting metric in IPL history. The reason is that for years Yadav was arguably underutilized as a middle order finisher at Kolkata. His record all the way down at seven is decent and he does play as a middle order batsman for his state team but his overall record for Kolkata is quite poor and given that the majority of his IPL stint has been with them it is easy to understand why he isn't as prominent in an overall stats list. Ever since moving to his local franchise Mumbai though, he has improved markedly playing at the top of the order with barely any difference in strike-rate. His best position is undoubtedly as the opener who takes advantage of powerplay restrictions to establish a good platform from which he can play patiently later on. Barring any other unlikely event, this is where he shall slot into my side.

Also, I believe that he has one of the best leg glances in world cricket currently. That one particular shot of his is an absolute joy to watch!

@Nilay_60

Vijay was on my radar. :(

Back then he was a dynamic opener who could have easily been a regular in all three formats. His partnership with Hussey remains one of my favourites in the IPL.

Bipul Sharma
You might remember this man for his heroics against the Gujarat Lions in 2016 IPL in the Qualifier 2 match which took the Sunrisers to the Finals of 2016 IPL which eventually they won it. But Bipul Sharma was actually well capable to tonk the ball well over the boundary line and his strike rate of 153.03 actually proves his hard-hitting prowess. He made his IPL debut for the Kings XI Punjab in 2010 season where he hardly got opportunities with the bat and did decently well with the ball. 2011 season also went in similar way. In 2012, in one of the matches against Pune Warriors India he scored 35 runs off 18 balls but unfortunately wasn't able to win the match for his side. His stint with Kings XI Punjab however wasn't long lived and he had hardly got any opportunities to play. He moved to the Sunrisers after they bought him ahead of the 2015 IPL season. It felt like a similar fate would follow until skipper David Warner trusted his abilities in the later part of 2016 IPL. He played 7 matches that season and did decently both with the bat and ball as he managed to average around 25 with a string rate of 204.00 and managed to pick up 3 wickets although with an economy of over 8.5. He was involved in a match winning partnership with David Warner in Qualifier 2 as he managed to score a quick-fire 27* helping David Warner to his way to 93*. He actually looked a better batsman throughout his career but unfortunately batted too low at number 8.

:local: :ind: :wkb: Ishan Kishan
Ishan Kishan, an aggressive opener, suited to IPL's needs perfectly. Scored the second fastest fifty in 2018 season, off just 18 balls, hitting 4 sixes in an over. Also covers up the wicket-keeping role. He will open and Rossouw will go down to 4th spot

:ind: :bat: Manan Vohra (RCB, RR, 49 matches)
:bat: 1,021 runs @ 23.53 (SR: 131.77, best 95, b/6: 19.7)

I always enjoyed watching Manan Vohra bat when he got the chance. A really excellent timer of the ball often mired too far down the batting order, I'm giving him a go at the top of the order where we'd hopefully get the best out of his abilities. Still not sure what the plan is for number theree.
