I'd rather have Dravid. Kallis is obviously good, but he's a big fat bloke who is so boring to watch. I've also seen more personality in a bread roll than i've seen in Kallis.

Maybe because he has been far far better then Kallis for the bulk of his career, and thathe has only been in bad form for a year? I think you have not seen enough of Dravid tbh.

Perhaps since previous to 2007, he has averaged over 45.00 in every year from 1997 to 2006, the preceding season being his debut season where he averaged 39.63. He has also not failed to hit a hundred from 1997-2008.

Kallis has scored a hundred every year bar his first 2 because he only played 1 test in each (which was also 1997-2008). He averages 55 in India, 45 in Australia and 83 in Pakistan.

As soon as you hear this comparison people automatically think Dravid, but it's a lot closer. Kallis averages 2 more than Dravid, and has only played 2 or 3 less games.

Both have relatively similar averages and both have experienced a lean patch over the past year or so. You'd have to go with Kallis because his made more 100's. Hundreds determines how great a player is.

Dravid is a better batsman but Kallis gives more to the team rather than just batting. Dravid has been great player expect 2008. Kallis is a great batsman but Dravid is the winner for me.
