Knight Riders all set to dump Buchanan

As expected, heads are rolling in the Knight Riders camp following the team?s dismal performance in IPL 2. The first one on the chopping
block is none other than head of cricket operations John Buchanan, the former Australia coach whose controversial stint, according to sources, is set to come to a premature end.

This was bound to happen...Names like former Bangladesh coach Dave Whatmore, who is now at the National Cricket Academy, ex-Pakistan coach Richard Pybus and even former players like WV Raman and Paras Mhambrey are doing the rounds.


IMO they should also look for some quality domsetic talent,they have good foreign players (who were not in good from in both seasons)...

And yes they do need some good domestic talent...
Will Ganguly be there in 3rd Edition? Tough (Kolkota people will make some issue of it if he dosent play,but frankly one has to accept in 1st season which was in India,2nd in SA in both he has failed)

This is actually a stale news. I knew it from the very beginning. This would have happened some day or the other. Anyway, now it will be good if they make someone the coach, as well as the captain. Enough of coach vs skipper fights, conflicts and everything. We have all got frustrated of this nonsense. KKR should have one man at the top, not two. And the perfect man for this dual job will be our Dada. Legendary player, and I'm damn sure that he will make a superb coach as well. Also, they must sack all those crap supporting coaches. Too many cooks spoil the broth.

Well even Ashraful and Mortaza have a done a lot for BD...will you make them the captain and coach....Talk sensibly...In the beginning of the season you were hanging only on one word "Mash".Now if next season Mortaza is kicked out I guess you'll support Mumbai Indians as because they have Ashraful.....Support the Team not the Player

1st of all i d k how you get to that topic from Dav Whatmore. Mash and Ash are the captains of BD team and why would i wanna make them the coach? are you retarded? like i said i d k how you get to that point.

and 2ndly like i told you before i didnt support KKR b/c it had Mash, i followed KKR more then any other IPL team 1st season, b/c its a Bengali team and its SRK's and they are more popular then any other IPL team. at that time Bangolor had Razzak, but i still didnt care about BRC team. nor i cared for MI even though they have Ashraful. Mash just gave an extra reason to support the KKR.
