Kolpak mess up

I was Kent, and obviously they have Van Jaarsveld as a Kolpak player. However at the end of the season, i got rid of Justin Kemp and looked to sign a new overseas player to go with Hall, but it wouldn't let me because of Van Jaarsveld. Bug?
