These are my thoughts on each of the five leagues:
ICC Test Championship - BKB1991 - A different style of league, where you are managing country. Again like WPL and NZPL nothing really stands out in it's presentation, but player stats seem very realistic, and Bilal manages a heavy workload with all three formats. I think the different style of it, helps push it's case into my top three.
World Cricket Alliance - Hedger - Only really had one week of games, a lot of anticipation as it could be the next big thing. Not a factor for me this month, just because we don't no how it's going to continue. Tidy presentation, and the only league with full graphics. Hedger is very active, which helps the league flow. As I said before, I'll wait before giving my verdict.
World Premier League - bcvs - The main and most recognizable league on PC. Heading into it's fifth season now, no other leagues are even in their forth, while NZPL is the only one in it's third. I love the auction system in this, it means you have full control over who you get unlike a draft. Presentation of matches is very simple, and bcvs is very active. He also has a massive workload, with 20 teams to process. When the seasons start they are fast which is good. I'm not sure if it has a major x-factor, but prestige will more than likely get it over the line.
NZPL season III - CG123 - Not going to write too much as it's my own. I feel I have neat presentation, and I'm very active in the thread, as well as posting the matches very regularly. I've also deliberately kept it with just eight mangers, as I prefer having a small group of active managers. I probably don't have that x-factor again, and it'll be more appealing to New Zealand fans, which is why my voters are heading that way.
IPL 2 - Mihir Doshi - Probably the underdog out of these five. A good league (which most leagues are if they make it into the second season), but the player giving out system has been a problem, as well as not having access to team stats throughout the 15 match first season. Mihir is probably the least active out of the five managers, and the posting of matches often stalls. A positive of course is I won the first season, and again the presentation is good, plus it has links on the first index post.
Rankings:
I'm not really sure where to rank my own (obviously in the top few, as I make it the best I possibly can), and as I said above I'm not going to rank WCA.
Out of the other three, I would go:
1. WPL
2. FTP
3. IPL
No offense was intended in this, and all five of these leagues are top class.
Please feel free to argue/discuss with me.

Sorry for writing an essay about them, I'm bored on this Sunday night...
