How do you make skins for ICC?

You can also use Paintshop and all but with Photoshop its easy to do

Cheers, so you just have to use Photoshop, but where do you get the templates from to make them, because when you open the attatched file and look at the skins where the game graphics would normally be there's the template with it blank, where do you get that from?

its pretty easy there are no templetates just use the actual files and use them as templates
