Ok. Here is my effort for Australia :). Some I won't post for as I have seen them bowl enough to make an analysis on.

Australia

Glenn McGrath - Groups his deliveries in the same areas most of the time. Not that fast. Hits the pitch and is hard to score off.

Brett Lee - Very quick. Line and length is variable and doesn't group his deliveries as good as McGrath.

Stuart Clark - Very much like McGrath. Same pace but very accurate. Makes you work for your runs.

Shane Warne - Gets lots of rip out of the rough. Likes to tease batsmen with some deliveries. Uses a lot of variation.

Nathan Bracken - Not a very quick bowler but swings it very well. Swing is how he gets his wickets.

Stuart MacGill - Has a good wrong-un. Spins the ball a far way. More round arm than Warne.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
P.S: That is it for now. Didn't really do part-timers and haven't really seen Watson bowl alot. Might do some more later if I get the chance to see other bowlers bowl. I hope this helps for now :)

Probably not possible... but this goes for all indian bowlers..
10-20% reduction in speed after first 5-10 games. (e.g. Pathan, Patel, Z. Khan (though I haven't seen him bowl recently so can't be sure)) In fact the only bowler who has remained at the same/similar speed is Agarkar. Everyone else seems to drop 10-15 kmph once they have made their name!

England

1. Michael Vaughan
-Cover drive, front and back foot
-Pull shot to just short of a length balls
-Solid defense with soft hands
-Fast between wickets
-Can often be late on full balls down the leg side
-Struggles to time cross-batted shots on slow and low wickets
-Quick fielder with good hands but doesn't hit the stumps alot

2. Ed Joyce
-Weak early in innings, edges and miscues
-Uses his feet and looks to go over the top against medium pacers, especially over the covers.

3. Ian Bell
-Tendency to edge to slips/keeper off defensive strokes
-Slow starter
-Struggles to read spin
-Nudger and knurdler, doesn't hit many boudaries
-Not comfortable going over the top
-Can be forced into a rash stroke if denied runs

4. Kevin Pietersen
-Powerful strokeplayer from beginning of innings
-Anything on his pads or middle/leg stump
-Uses his feet well to both spinners and medium pacers
-Aerial shots
-Good player of spin
-Fast between wickets
-Can be too agressive, gets out caught on boundary/slogging
-Plants front foot, so struggles with bouncers from genuine pacers
-Good fielder with an accurate throw

5. Paul Collingwood
-Good placement, finds gaps
-Fast runner, gets lots of twos and threes
-Not a real boundary hitter, but can manage it late on
-Strong off his pads
-Chip shots over the in-field
-Fantastic fielder and catcher but doesn't often throw down the stumps
-Accurate medium pacer with off and leg cutters, and slower ball

6. Andrew Flintoff
-Edges to slips/keeper early on
-Powerful strokeplayer
-Straight drive
-Tendency to miscue lofted shots against spinners
-Tendency to go aerial with pull/hook shots
-Can be too aggressive and be caught out on the boundary slogging
-Good slips catcher
-Bowls around the wicket well
-Yorkers at the death

7. Ravi Bopara
-Slow starter
-Fast between the wickets
-Decent timer of the ball, but sometimes has poor placement
-Bowls steady medium pace away swing

8. Paul Nixon
-Fast between the wickets
-Sweep and reverse sweep
-Not so good against the short ball or straight down the ground

9. Sajid Mahmood
-Decent pace and can get extra bounce
-Good slower ball
-Gets a little reverse swing
-Erratic, bowls wides, no balls. Can't always control length
-Lacks composure, bowling gets worse as batsmen get after him
-Hit and miss slogger

10. Monty Panesar
-Accurate, bowls over and around the wicket well
-Bowls quite fast, gets bounce but not much spin
-Has subtle variations in speed.
-Gets dip.
-Solid in defence and on front foot

11. James Anderson
-Gets late away swing
-Pretty accurate and bowls yorkers
-Drags odd ball down short
-Strong front foot defence (left-hand bat)

12. John Lewis
-Gets away swing
-Very accurate
-Expansive tailender batter

13. Liam Plunkett
-Gets away swing
-Erratic, bowls balls down leg side
-Reasonable tailender, but takes time to get going

14. Andrews Strauss
-Strong cross-batted strokes
-Punishes wide balls
-Edges to slips early on off cut/drives
-Pull shots can go aerial
-Weak straight down the ground

15. Jamie Dalrymple
-Sweep and reverse sweep
-Slow starter
-Cover and lofted cover drive
-Doesn't get much spin
-Sometimes drops short

Stuart Broad
-Accurate
-Good pace and bounce
-Expansive tailender(left-hand bat)

I think there maybe a bit of a problem in assigning aggression to players like Collingwood and Hussey who look to accumulate during the middle and then find the boundary late on.
Also, I think it might be a good idea to have a 'composure' rating, which affects how well a player performs when he is under pressure, that is, batsmen who haven't scored runs for a while, bowlers who are going for lots of runs. This would make managing your bowlers in more important, especially in one-dayers.

Are you just doing fast bowlers at the moment?

no they r doing spinners too
open up da document

sohail tanvir
very good at bowling left handers
great leg and off cutters
speed i wud say 70 to 85
good at inswing
left hand wrong foot action (Kind of like nell from sa)

Pakistan

Shoaib Malik (Captain)

Bat: Right hand batsmen (Middle order, sometimes opener)
Scores runs when Pakistan needs him most. He is awesome at drives and cuts. Also slogs when needs to. For example- 82 from 40 balls
Bowl: Right-arm off break (Part time to full time)
Notes: One of pakistan’s most intelligent players, injured often. Good fielder.

Misbah-ul-haq (Vice captain)

Bat: Right-hand batsmen (Middle order)
Twenty20 Expert (which means slogging expert). He is never under pressure. Uses great technique. Hitting the ball to short fine leg and getting caught out is now called Misbah fashion. Also great in tests.
Bowl: Leg spin (Never)
Notes: Great fielder

Kamran Akmal (Wicket Keeper)

Bat: Right-hand batsmen
Known for hard hitting opener.
Notes: Pakistan No.1 Wicket keeper. Has problems sometimes with wicket keeping and other times he is great.

Salman Butt

Bat: Left-hand batsmen
For batting he is the best with moving the wrists. Great at drives and cuts. Superb Strokes, and great defensive techniques.
Bowling: Right arm off break (Rarely)
Notes: Average fielder. A young talent working his way up to become one of pakistan’s best batsmen. Used to be VC.

Mohammad Yousuf

Bat: Right-hand batsmen
Regarded as one of the best batsmen in the world. Broke Sir Vivian Richards most runs in a calendar year. Also record for most centuries in calendar year. Really good at strokes. Great at driving. What can I say, one of pakistans best batsmen at the moment.
Bowl: Right-arm off break (Rarely)

Younis Khan

Bat: Right-hand batsmen
Fearless batsmen. Backward point to extra cover is speciality. Loves driving. His main weaknesses are playing away from the body and leaving straight balls.
Bowl: Right-arm medium, leg break (Rarely)
Notes: Great fielder.

Shahid Afridi (Also known as Boom boom shahid afridi)

Bat: Right-hand batsmen
Best slogger in the game of cricket. Though he is inconsistent he is the best entertainer in cricket. Picking up form in batting. Strongest arms.
Bowl: Leg break googly (Full time)
Fielding: Pakistan’s best fielder taking remarkable catches.

Sohail Tanvir

Bat: left-hand batsmen
Slogs. Don’t know too much about batting but great in 1st class
Bowl: Left-arm medium-fast, Slow left-arm orthodox
Wrong foot action.

Im sorry but I cannot provide too much detail with bowling
I hope I get rep points :)
