Well the last two times I didn't get any compensation. This time they have given me one month free on Xbox live, woopti-doo, it will be gone for a month anyway. Next time ill probaly go spastic and demand them to replace it with one that won't break.
I work in retail as a part time job, if customers buy something which is faulty, we either try to fix the problem or just give them a brand new one. If MS knew about the problem,, yet refuse to replace is (even after 3 RRod's) isn't that against the law?
