It does not matter even if find it in a thousand sites. An exact tune as a ringtone will have the same notes, no matter who composes it. So, it becomes legal to post ringtones. Maybe, Rahman could sue you guys for using a tune which he composed for Airtel. : :

Unless the ringtone was copyrighted.

Also, if nikhil didn't write it and someone else did, then they could sue and demand royalty payments from either nikhil or the entire forum.
