Modding cricket05 on xbox

sorry to start a new thread about this but i need anyones help with modding cricket 05, i have just, after a long time,been able to access my xbox files on my pc,now i need to know how do i put the patches/mods you guys have made onto the xbox, i dont know much about this kind of thing, so a basic walk through would be great, any help would be greatly appreciated,i know some guy as gone through this in another forum, but i didnt really understand much, i have downloaded fshed,xshed,flashxp what do i do now? please some help from anyone.

I dont know the exact proccess but to do it you need an Max Drive for your XBox. Do you have one of these?

This will allow you to transfer the files from your PC to the Xbox hard disk.
