Mods onto xbox cirkcet 05

Hey everyone i was just wondering what equipment do i need to put mods on to my xbox and how do i do it? thanks evryone

I used to mod it on my xbox you need a router, and a modded xbox then you burn the CD of your game onto the hard drive and you can edit it I am not sure if its leagal sorry if it isnt.

Btw, I dont know how to mod a xbox my bro did it alll i know is it has smothing to do with Splinter Cell the origonal one and some other stuff :S
