I think the thing to do is either order them very early off the internet, or wait about 2 months after if you want them cheap.

For example, I pre-ordered Medieval 2 Total War off amazon.co.uk for ?20 on a special offer. At release, it was ?30. After 2 months, it was down to ?20 again.

Just shop around but I recommend online. That way, you will receive the game on time and on release day.

Most people say it is worse than 1 and 2, saying 1 is brilliant and the best. I haven't played 3 yet so can't comment but the 1st game in most series are the best imo.
