Movie Maker programs, that will allow FLV?

I have a few FLV videos on my computer and I want to use them without converting them because well....converting them takes time, and kinda annoys me a bit. But yeah, any ideas on a good program to buy? Or to get LEGALLY free (if you can get one free legally...)

So just some suggestions would be good

Convert FLV to you desired format using any good converter and then edit it.

I have been using Zamzar - Free online file conversion to convert the movies, does a good job it uploads them to their servers and then I can download them.
