You kept 'em simple, now we're talking. Okay, the Steyn one needs a lot of tweaking to be done with, specially the placement needs to be played with. Try the selective color (green, yellow and red) for the Steyn one (remember not to overdo the colors). Also, learn your way around the curve tool and try to have a better contrast. Don't use the photo filter, ruins the quality. Bale one's good but the background isn't nice, keep avatars simple. Keep up the good work man!

Both Avvies look good especially the Bale one.
Would suggest playing with the placement of the stock.
