This is freaking me out now!

For the past few days my left arm has kept twitching. It's near my elbow, but on the top part, above my forearm. Its been going on and off, mostly on for the past few days and its just a constant twitch, with a similar beat.

I have looked it up and it seems it is due to some of these things:

  • Not enough sleep
  • Muscle problems
  • Too much caffiene
  • Sleeping on it wrong
  • Extreme nerves

What do you think is wrong? What should I do? Have you had something similar?

It is really probably nothing - but see your GP if you are worried.

Or go on the internet and find a virtual doctor like on the simpsons

There are only two possibilities.
1. Either you have lack of Synovial Fluid on Elbow or Shoulder joints which make sure that Movements go smoothly.
2. Or it must be Myalgia or nerve irritation.

I won't advice you to go for Diagnosis as you are so young to fulfill at some Diagnosis like Arthritis and others which occur at late ages.
You just need Physio-threapy or try some exercises at home in Morning.

PC has it's very own doctor!

Why are you coming onto a forum to get your diagnosis? Go to a doctor.
Don't have a doctor.

Oh well, it's eased tonight. I don't know whats wrong with me still... Im not nervous about anything. Maybe its because Ive been going to the gym lately and 2 days ago I started lifting heavier weights and Ive mucked up a nerve/muscle.
