Need 16 Random Teams

Hi all i am looking some help to get 16 randoms teams with different cities around and we can have 12 legends mix with retired non legends 12 current gen players and mix them into 16 teams please help me out if possible maybe we can create teams here then put them in games so we don't get duplicates and need 16 teams names as well like Delhi qalandars or new York Asians or any name people suggest
i am really bored so trying something new
