Need BLC Editor (Field)

Dear Helpers,

I have installed BLC Team Editor however I was wondering that from where I can get BLC Field Editor as well ?

Also it would be great if someone can provide me link where the things like wides given, lbw ball scoreboard ticking missing loophole, computer hitting sixes and getting out easily etc are recovered.
