Need help with coolgameplaypatchv5

What do I insert into the GOB file because what I imported to it yesterday stuffed up the file. Whenever I would play Cricket 2004 it would crash on load so I had to re-install c04. And yes I do have the config editor. Any help would be appreciated

Note: I did look through the FAQ but didn't find my answer.
