Magnificent work on the BG and the text + effects and textures there , but the only , only flaw is the render it's not blended well, you just need to learn how to blend a render and you'll be an awesome GFX maker.

I say duplicate it 2 times and set the first one to lighten and the second one to screen , then just reduce the opacity (play with it) and see where it fits.

The texture on his left side isn't looking good at all there as it doesn't fits there.

You're wrong. Akhter's speed record is dead far away. Last Big Bash, Shaun Tait hitted over 101 MPH. Last IPL Morkel hitted 173.9 KPH.

^Yep , Mendis is overdone , don't use textures in avatars , they'll make it look congested. The Dhawan one is simple awe-inspiring.
