New forum for PCPL

We should have a seperate forum for pcpl. Forum should be a sub-forum under cricsim because all the threads are mixed.

I guess we should leave it all to Simon. And even then, I guess it would only be alloted once PCPL really starts.

This has been discussed in the cricsim mod forum. Please could a moderator close this, as you will find out if the PCPL gets a forum soon enough.

I am neutral on this. I would like a sub-forum, but if not, then we will have to make do with what we have

We'll do what we do with all leagues and sims and give it one if and when it needs one.
