Here are the details....
TERMS OF SELECTION
The following are the terms of selection of the Forum XI squad:
The last date for receiving the forms is set at 02/09/02. All the members of the BLC forum and the EA sports Cricket 2002 are legible to apply for this squad. There would be no reservation for any place in the squad.
Process of selection: There would be no selection committee for this squad. The squad can easily selected by anyone who is a member on either forums. On 03/09/02, a list of the player entries would be put up on the site, and everyone can fill up the names of the 20 players from the list, that they have chosen to be a part of the squad according to them. This would result in clean and fair elections.
The teams would be made in 3 weeks ( maximum )It would consist of 3 parts:
1st week 26/08/02 - 02/09/02: This is the period for filling up the forms.
2nd week 03/09/02 - 10/09/02: This period is devoted to recieve the entries of the 20 players that you think should be a part of the squad.
3rd part 11/09/02 - 15/09/02: The team would be made & the numbers on the kits would be done and the team would be available for download.
