Good squad. IMO will probably top 4 and could win it. As usual underdogs to the bigger nations though.

God I hope Butler doesn't get a game. He should never play for NZ.

It should be interesting to see how Mills and Ryder do after there injury layoffs.

Southee will be in the side somewhere, I would take out Hpokins so the side has another bowling option but McCullum doesn't want to keep so Nathan or Oram have to make way.

Oram and mccullum would be fighting for one place, same with styris and elliott and possibly nicol as well. Butler is reserve bowler, redmond reserve batter

Oh woops. Yea considering his success so far and the pitches support spin more, he should be played over oram. But knowing how much vettori likes playing him... Do you reckon nicol will get a game? I think that if we beat sri lanla then we might as well play him vs zimbabwe... Then again they did just beat australia so we shouldn't take them lightly...

Well Nathan did kill it in the warm up and these wickets are suited to the slower bowlers. Ryder, Styris and Vettori should be more than enough options in the bowling department along with the specialist bowlers.

i have a nz kit from 2003 i think, but it doesn't fit me anymore.

nice to see the full strength nz team back, but i'll be praying that there are no injuries in this tournament.
