No save between overs on the XBOX?????

Ive read that there is no save between overs on the XBOX. Is this true? if it is then im not buying this game. There is no way that i have the time to play an entire test match, even as my beloved South Africa. I would be pushed to do 20 overs with no save. im not a patient person. Thanks
