Online difficulty?

Which difficulty would you prefer for Online mode? Currently it is on normal.

I would prefer having an option to choose.

Ideally I would like to play on hard, however if the lag is bad then it will be damn near impossible to time the quicks.

So I say let us choose or leave it as it is.

Id say , make it hard but the bowler cant move the cursor too much ( maybe just 1/5th of what he can now ) to have a 7-2 field. Also id like to see the cutter have a sweet spot as small as the regular swinging delivery .

Anything that helps remove the bias in favour of the batsmen has to be welcomed so I would say hard.

Best way to tackle the moving cursor is to just go ahead with your shot without worrying too much where the cursor will end up. Like if you are going for your on drive or leg glance go ahead. I prefer front foot shots to miving cursor.
Thing is while waving cursors all around they mess up on the bowling meter and give easy hit balls.
Only once or twice of 1000's of balls have I got out on those

Dude i probably move the bowling cursor the most (slightly exaggerated here).....infact even some members find my bowling BORING, so i know exactly how to play those.

It will be too hard to play online with hard difficulty specialy with lag. not that there is any problem with bit of lag but it will just make it very hard. I guess we need to have a little bit of fun by hitting some 4's or 6's as well.
We are hardcore fans who like this game to be difficult, but think of other people who are not too much into cricket and just want to have fun. Anyway i dont care if its hard or normal but some people might. ithink this voting will decide if they change the difficulty level in ac09.

I'm not sure which difficulty level would be ideal, but the timing window of charge down the track shot must be made smaller (Especially for 5-10 over matches). Also, it should be as not as rewarding like now when even a poor shot goes for boundary and EVERY perfect goes for six!

There should be an option of choosing the difficulty.

Freedom to chose the option would be gr8.

Specially, for Unranked matches that we play against known ones....

BTW - Edit the Poll & Add "Can Choose" as one of the options too. It would be more conclusive.

Unfortunately, can choose is not an option for the patch as far as I'm aware. That's why this poll exists - to find out what people want for online play.

I think I'd need to try hard online. It would certainly help bowling but I find batting hard enough already with the shady tactics and the custom fields.

I just think that with even a small amount of lag, the pacers would be unplayable on hard. I would not be able to play anyone from AUS then, as it always lags a little bit, and is just barely playable right now on normal.
